Hello, please let me tell you a little about the therapy sessions :
Some people come to therapy as they are drawn to Hypnotherapy, some request Counselling only, some come to learn EFT or Self Hypnosis., some are interestied in EMDR and many clients like to experience a blended mix of some or all of the techniques I have been trained to deliver that will help you to overcome your issues, enhance your journey and help you to become a more healthy balanced, happy person. The choice is purely yours as to what your preference is. I am very flexible as my main goal is to help you to meet your needs short term and long term.
Therapy sessions are personal and unique for each individual. Each session lasts for 1 hour.
On the first session your needs or issues will be discussed along with a treatment plan and of course, the beginning of treatment takes place on that first session.
The amount of sessions needed depends on the nature of the issues a client brings to therapy. Therapy for many can be short term and for others with more indepth issues may need extra sessions. I can give you a rough estimate as to how many sessions I feel we would need to meet for with a view to reviewing your progress and needs comiing towards the last session.
I offer a confidential service in a private, peaceful, therapeutic, caring comfortalbe setting. I know it takes a lot of courage for some to make that first initial contact but you will feel so much better having made that first step towards change.
